布袋收塵器具有綜合跟控制元件故障問題

  采暖煙氣是燃料的燃燒產生的,由于煙氣溫度比空氣高,氣體密度小,上升排入大氣,是導致大氣污染的主要原因。我國是世界上較大的煤炭生產國和消耗國,目前在我國,采暖鍋爐的燃料仍以煤炭為主,燃料的成分主要是由碳、氫、氧、氮、硫、水分和灰分等物質構成。采暖煙氣量大,成分復雜,是目前比較難處理的大氣污染源之一。為解決采暖鍋爐煙氣成分復雜、難凈化、難處理的難題。

  【一】、布袋除塵(chen)器具(ju)有綜合

  除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)除塵(chen)效率(lv)可(ke)穩定達(da)到高以上,可(ke)滿足排放(fang)(fang)的(de)要求,并且(qie)不受(shou)煤種、爐況及煙塵(chen)參數條件(jian)的(de)影響(xiang)。據2013年袋委會對燃(ran)煤電(dian)廠28臺(tai)布(bu)袋除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)調研結果:排放(fang)(fang)濃(nong)度全(quan)部(bu)低于30mg/Nm3,其(qi)中19臺(tai)低于20mg/Nm3,6臺(tai)低于10mg/Nm3。布(bu)袋除塵(chen)器(qi)在(zai)垃(la)圾焚燒發(fa)電(dian)行業已有大量排放(fang)(fang)濃(nong)度低于10mg/Nm3的(de)業績,用于鋼鐵行業高爐煤氣凈化,出口濃(nong)度可(ke)穩定在(zai)5mg/Nm3以下(xia)。

  除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器布袋(dai)的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)阻力高(gao)于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器,這是不爭的(de)(de)事實(shi)。近幾年通過除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器結構(gou)型(xing)式(shi)、氣流(liu)組織、濾料及(ji)清灰技術的(de)(de)攻關(guan)(guan),用于燃(ran)煤電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)的(de)(de)布袋(dai)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)阻力可穩定控制在800~1200Pa。袋(dai)委會調研的(de)(de)28臺布袋(dai)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器,運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)阻力全部低于1200Pa,其中20臺低于1000Pa。另外(wai),行(xing)(xing)業專家關(guan)(guan)注運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)耗(hao),與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器相比,布袋(dai)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器增加(jia)了引風機電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)耗(hao),但節(jie)省了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)耗(hao),調研表明總的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)基本上與(yu)3電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器持平。以新建600MW機組配(pei)套除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器為(wei)例進(jin)行(xing)(xing)計算:在達到相同排放濃度時(shi),布袋(dai)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)(de)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)費用為(wei)334萬(wan)元/a,而5電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器為(wei)357萬(wan)元/a,6電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器為(wei)407萬(wan)元/a,能(neng)(neng)耗(hao)比為(wei)1︰1.07︰1.22。

  布(bu)(bu)袋(dai)(dai)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)主要(yao)體現(xian)在除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器布(bu)(bu)袋(dai)(dai)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用年(nian)限,這也(ye)是(shi)廣大用戶較(jiao)為關(guan)心(xin)的(de)(de)(de)問題。20世紀末,多(duo)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)廠試用布(bu)(bu)袋(dai)(dai)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器,但都存在除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器布(bu)(bu)袋(dai)(dai)使(shi)(shi)用數(shu)月(yue)就要(yao)換的(de)(de)(de)嚴重問題,但目(mu)前這種(zhong)狀況已(yi)經(jing)改(gai)變。經(jing)過攻關(guan),電(dian)(dian)廠布(bu)(bu)袋(dai)(dai)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器的(de)(de)(de)濾(lv)料(liao)(liao)已(yi)擺脫了由(you)PPS、玻纖(xian)濾(lv)料(liao)(liao)“一統(tong)(tong)天下(xia)”的(de)(de)(de)局(ju)面,出(chu)了PPS、P84、PTFE、玻纖(xian)等多(duo)種(zhong)纖(xian)維、多(duo)種(zhong)結構型式、多(duo)種(zhong)織造方式的(de)(de)(de)濾(lv)料(liao)(liao),并針對煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)條件制定了濾(lv)料(liao)(liao)選(xuan)用規(gui)則。加上除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器結構、氣流組織、清灰(hui)系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)改(gai)進,除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器布(bu)(bu)袋(dai)(dai)具有(you)3~4年(nian)及長的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用壽(shou)(shou)命(ming),可滿足一個(ge)爐役期的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用要(yao)求。袋(dai)(dai)委會調研的(de)(de)(de)28臺除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器中,除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器布(bu)(bu)袋(dai)(dai)使(shi)(shi)用壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)超過52個(ge)月(yue)的(de)(de)(de)有(you)11臺,較(jiao)長為92個(ge)月(yue),壽(shou)(shou)命(ming)未到(dao)4年(nian)仍在正常(chang)使(shi)(shi)用的(de)(de)(de)有(you)15臺,只有(you)2臺除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器因燃用高(gao)硫煤及頻繁啟停等原因,除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器布(bu)(bu)袋(dai)(dai)曾(ceng)出(chu)現(xian)非正常(chang)破(po)損的(de)(de)(de)情況,已(yi)及時進行了改(gai)進。

  關于(yu)建(jian)(jian)設(she)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong),以新建(jian)(jian)600MW機(ji)組為例,在采用(yong)(yong)(yong)當代并達到(dao)同一排放濃度的(de)條件下(xia),從(cong)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)投(tou)資(zi)、運行能耗、維修(xiu)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)等方面綜合考量(liang)對比,布袋(dai)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)總(zong)(zong)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)較少,與5電(dian)場除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、6電(dian)場除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)總(zong)(zong)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)比例約為1:1.02:1.10;布袋(dai)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)占地面積較小,與5電(dian)場除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、6電(dian)場除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)占地面積比例約為1:2.0:2.35,因而(er)適宜除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)改造(zao)工程。

  【二】、脈沖布(bu)袋收(shou)塵器控(kong)制元(yuan)件(jian)故障問題

  電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)閥、控制儀是氣(qi)箱(xiang)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)除(chu)塵器(qi)重(zhong)要(yao)附(fu)屬設備,主(zhu)要(yao)擔負著除(chu)塵器(qi)布袋(dai)的(de)清灰(hui)作(zuo)用(yong),以維持脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)單機(ji)除(chu)塵器(qi)長期而穩(wen)定地運(yun)行。如果(guo)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)閥、控制儀工(gong)作(zuo)不正常(chang),其(qi)直接(jie)表(biao)現為“糊袋(dai)”,即在(zai)除(chu)塵器(qi)布袋(dai)表(biao)面粘附(fu)厚度可(ke)達5mm左右的(de)粉塵層,從(cong)而使除(chu)塵系統阻力增(zeng)加,導致(zhi)除(chu)塵降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)。電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)閥漏氣(qi)是較常(chang)發生的(de)故障,主(zhu)要(yao)原因有(you):(1)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)閥的(de)氣(qi)壓(ya)平衡孔堵塞。一是由于安(an)裝壓(ya)縮空氣(qi)管道(dao)時沒有(you)把(ba)管道(dao)內的(de)鐵銹和焊渣等異物干凈;二是壓(ya)縮空氣(qi)含有(you)較多的(de)油漬和水。(2)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)閥膜片損壞。氣(qi)箱(xiang)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)除(chu)塵器(qi)所有(you)的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)脈(mo)(mo)(mo)沖(chong)(chong)閥都不工(gong)作(zuo),風包(bao)壓(ya)力降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)到零,氣(qi)缸關閉(bi),除(chu)塵器(qi)壓(ya)差(cha)持續增(zeng)加,通風量(liang)降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)。

  出(chu)現電磁(ci)(ci)脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)漏(lou)(lou)氣時,可以先(xian)把儲氣罐上的排水閥(fa)(fa)打開,對其吹氣以便排出(chu)管道內(nei)的鐵銹和(he)焊渣(zha)等異(yi)物,同時,關閉(bi)漏(lou)(lou)氣電磁(ci)(ci)脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)前面的球閥(fa)(fa)(或截止閥(fa)(fa)),打開電磁(ci)(ci)脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa),檢(jian)(jian)查膜片是(shi)否損壞,如果損壞,則換;然后檢(jian)(jian)查氣壓平衡孔,通(tong)暢;較后,按照(zhao)拆開時的反順序安裝(zhuang)好電磁(ci)(ci)脈(mo)沖(chong)閥(fa)(fa)。
